To make your shopping experience as smooth as possible, here is all you need to know about our return & exchange policy:

Rejection upon delivery: You can always inspect your package upon delivery. In case of any damages or if the items don’t match your order, you may reject the order at no cost. However, if the rejection is for any other reason, the customer will be charged for the shipping fees.

Return & exchange: We accept all return and exchange requests as long as they're submitted within 5 days of receiving your order—just make sure the products are still in their original packaging and condition.
Request can be submitted via DM or email, and we’ll handle it within 3–5 business days.

Refund policy: If the return or exchange is due to a quality issue or an incorrect delivery, you’ll receive a full refund, including any shipping fees.
If the return or exchange doesn’t meet the above criteria, the customer will be charged for the shipping fees. For exchanges, this includes both the return and the new delivery.
